+ How is Payment Made?
We accept payment via credit card. All major credit cards are acceptable.
+ What are the Payment Terms?
- If your event is more than 7 days out, you will need to pay a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
- The remaining 80% will be collected 7 days prior to the date of your event.
+ What is the Cancellation Policy?
More than 7 days from event date
- If the cancellation is done within 48hrs or less from the date of booking, the 20% deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is done after 48hrs from the date of booking, the 20% deposit will be forfeited but the remaining 80% will not be charged.
7 days or less from event date
- 100% will be charged and is not refundable.
+ Can I Book Only the Meeting Room?
Yes you can! Our online meeting system allows you to book only what you need.
+ Am I Able to Book Additional Services like F&B or AV Equipment?
Yes you can! Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link for Suntec Marketplace where you will find a range of delectable treats and meeting necessities that you can purchase online.
+ I Am Here for an Event and I Need a Meeting Room, Can I Book Online?
Yes you can! To make an online booking, click here. Please note that meeting rooms are subject to availability.
+ I Did Not Receive An Email Notification of My Booking, What Should I do?
An email notification will be sent within 24 hours of your booking. If you have book a room less than 24 hours before the start of your event, please call 6825 2176 or you may look for a representative at the Suntec Online Booking concierge situated at Level 3.
+ When Will I Know Which Room My Meeting Has Been Assigned To?
Rooms are assigned on the day of the event. Suntec Onling Booking does not come with offline customization.
+ Can I Request For Services Not Listed In The Online Booking System?
Please state in remarks for any additional request.
